The daughter of country music icon Wynonna Judd is once again in legal hot water after an odd event on an Alabama highway led to accusations of prostitution. After reportedly exposing herself and waving a provocative placard while under the influence of narcotics, Grace Pauline Kelley, 27, was placed under custody.
Judd’s daughter Kelley had a legal past with her first husband, businessman Arch Kelley III.
She was detained in Nashville, Tennessee, in 2015, and she subsequently entered a guilty plea to meth possession.
She was given an eight-year jail term after leaving her court-mandated treatment program, but she was given a short reprieve so she could welcome her baby, Kaliyah Chanel, in March 2022.
After being freed in December 2022, she was imprisoned once more in May 2023 for breaking her parole and an order of protection.
Kelly being Arrested
The 27-year-old Kelley is currently being held in the Elmore County Jail in Alabama following her arrest on April 5th for indecent exposure.
According to jail records, she was hit with another soliciting prostitution this week.
Misdemeanor accusations of indecent exposure and impeding government operations led to allegations of soliciting prostitutes.
Following several allegations of Kelley’s unpredictable behavior, law officers arrived and gave her the option to depart quietly. Still, Kelley continued to act provocatively, wearing skimpy clothing and brandishing a suggestive placard, which resulted in her being taken into custody.
The turbulent actions of the disturbed young lady did not stop there. After her run-in with the law, Kelley took sanctuary in a neighboring gas station, where she pretended to be the victim of a robbery before making her getaway. Later, she was caught on another neighboring roadway, continuing to expose herself indecently.
