The duration of this leadership program is 12 months, and it is registered through TETA ( Transport Education and Training Authority).
This program will comprise theoretical and practical components within 3 divisions. All modules in this program will be completed on the BIL learning platform, and upon completion of the qualification, a portfolio of completed evidence should be submitted.
The requirements of this program are that the learner should be a citizen of South Africa, hold a Grade 12 senior certificate or equivalent, and be between the ages of 18-35. They should be available and committed to working full-time for 12 months and should have an interest in the transport and logistics industry.
