Sullivan Watkins was born on March 15, 2003 in Charleston, South Carolina. His parents’ names were Robert and Mary Watkins. His father was a retired navy captain and his mother was a nurse. Sullivan Watkins also has two elder sisters named Emily and Grace.
Sullivan Watkins was a senior construction engineering student. He held a place in the hearts of the Charleston community and outsiders. Because of which the Charleston community is expressing grief over his death.
