Jeremy Renner, an actor, has been working hard to heal from the wounds he received in the snow plough mishap.
After attempting to assist in freeing a family member’s vehicle from the snow on January 1, the actor was involved in an accident. He was struck by the actor’s snow plough and suffered serious injuries. In his most recent social media footage, the actor was seen walking for the first time since the accident.
He Is Recovering Now
The “Avengers” actor shared a video on his Instagram stories on Sunday with the caption, “Now is the time for my body to rest and recover from my will.” The actor could be seen using an anti-gravity treadmill to help him walk in the footage.
According to report, a US news source, Renner was run over by his Sno-Cat, a sizable snow plough that weights at least 14,330 pounds, at the beginning of January and was taken to the hospital with blunt chest trauma and orthopaedic injuries. The Sno-Cat ran over the actor as he was attempting to rescue a family member from the snow outside of his Lake Tahoe house. Later, Renner revealed on Instagram that the accident had broken more than 30 of his bones.

The Marvel actor posted a video of himself using a Technogym bike to build up his leg strength last month. He also disclosed that he is working on his mental recovery by perusing Mark Nepo’s The Book Of Awakening, a collection of daily reflections on having the life you want while being present in the life you have.
He Expressed His Gratitude
Prior to that, on January 21, Renner posted on Instagram, “Morning workouts, resolutions all changed this particular new year… Renner endured multiple surgeries following the severe accident that occurred on his property near Reno, Nevada. He grew out of the disaster that befell my entire family and was soon centred on bringing people together in love. I want to express my gratitude to EVERYONE for their kind words and consideration for my family and me. I adore and appreciate you all very much. Just as the affection and bond with family and friends grow stronger, these more than 30 broken bones will heal. Regards and wishes to everyone.
Ever since he managed to survive the terrifying event that took place on New Year’s Day, Renner has been documenting his recovery.
