Odele, best known as the daughter of actor John Ventimiglia, died on January 12. She was 25 years old. To yet, no details on the cause of death have emerged. Belinda Cape, her mother, posted the news on Facebook and said:
Our family is deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Odele. As her sister Lucinda and I have read through the numerous touching tributes to Odele, we have been moved to tears by the depth of feeling we have received. Odele was cherished, and her passing has left a gaping void in our lives.
According to the announcement, Ventimiglia’s funeral was held in New York’s Old First Reformed Church on Thursday at noon.
Who is Odele Ventimiglia?
John Ventimiglia, an American actor, is the father of Odele Cape, a well-known model and actress. Her private and professional lives are shrouded in mystery. However, she cannot stop gushing over her father’s role as Artie Bucco, restaurant owner, in the acclaimed HBO series. In The Sopranos, an HBO series, he played Artie Bucco. The Iceman, The Funeral, Cop Land, Jesus’ Son, The Wannabe, and Mickey Blue Eyes are just a few of the films in which Ventimiglia has appeared. Family members also asked for help funding Odele’s daughter Shiloh’s college tuition by sharing a GoFundMe link.
Lucinda, Odele’s sister, spoke on how close she was to her sister on social media as she mourned her death. She expressed gratitude for the outpouring of support her family had received and saw it as evidence that people truly did love Odele.
