John Ventimiglia’s daughter, Odele Cape Ventimiglia, 25, has passed away, her mother has said.
Brenda Cape wrote on Facebook on January 21 that she was “heartbroken to have to publish our beautiful Odele’s funeral notice,” adding that the burial will be held on January 26.
“Her sister Lucinda and I are humbled by the outpouring of love and support we have received, as well as by the numerous touching tributes to Odele that have been shared with us. Odele was deeply cherished, and her absence is deeply felt. Odele’s loved ones who will miss her dearly include her sister Lucinda, mom Belinda, dad John, and daughter Shiloh.
A GoFundMe campaign has been established to assist “with future education fees” for baby Shiloh, who was born in November.
According to IMDB, John Ventimiglia appeared in 36 episodes of the HBO drama “The Sopranos” as chef Artie Bucco. In addition to “Jessica Jones,” “The Good Wife,” “Blue Bloods,” and “Law & Order,” he has guest-starred on those shows.

A 25-year-old Odele Cape Ventimiglia passed away on January 12, 2023. On January 21st, Odele’s mother, Belinda Cape, posted a Facebook tribute to her daughter.
Belinda commented, “Heartbroken to have to post our lovely Odele’s funeral notice,” with a link to her daughter’s obituary. Odele was dearly loved and leaves a tremendous void in our life, and her sister Lucinda and I am humbled by the outpouring of support and love we have received in the wake of her passing.
Belinda also mentioned Odele’s 2-month-old “loving daughter Shiloh.”
Although we will keep you informed if and when information on Odele’s death becomes available, at now no specifics have been released regarding the circumstances surrounding her passing.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that contributions be sent to a GoFundMe page set up to cover Shiloh’s college expenses when she grows up.
