In a shooting in Atlanta’s “police city,” 26-year-old Manuel Esteban Paez Teran was killed, and seven other people were accused of criminal trespass and domestic terrorism.

The city of Atlanta owns the 85-acre (35-hectare) parcel. It has a former state prison farm situated in unincorporated DeKalb County beyond the city borders.

Activists mistrust the official account of how Manuel Esteban Páez Terán was killed
To avoid retaliation from the demonstrators, the authorities have not yet revealed the names of the cops engaged in the event. This has led to mistrust by other activists who do not accept the official account of what happened on Wednesday.
To support the official story of the events leading up to Terán’s death, they have requested that police enforcement share body camera footage of the incident.
Following the deadly shooting of Manuel Esteban Páez Terán, police conducted a raid on Wednesday and detained seven persons, accusing them of domestic terrorism.
