Data released by Voyager Digital, a crypto platform, specify that almost two out of every three Americans may purchase crypto in 2022. They believe that it will enhance the gain value in 2022, reports Cointelegraph.
According to the annual report by Crypto Confidence Survey, which Voyager publishes, Americans show their interest in crypto as they want to secure it as digital assets for the future. This report indicates the number of signs which reflects positive sentiments of American towards crypto. It shows that almost two-thirds of Americans declared themselves as crypto bulls, and 61% mentioned that would buy crypto this year. However, the exact number of respondents has not been disclosed by Voyager. But while comparing the data with the previous year, it shows the increase in percentages.
Cryptocurrency Is The Priority Of Americans
This survey also specified that the participants prioritise buying crypto compared to buying a new car, buying a new house, investing in mutual funds.
Survey also indicates that educating young minds on crypto should be highlighted. The data indicates that 66% of Americans thought it should be taught in high school; on the other hand, 33% believed it should be taught in middle school. This survey also indicates that many participants believed that they would invest more in crypto as they understood it better.
Participants Increased Than 2021
In 2021, 63% of Americans were curious to learn about cryptocurrency and its existence, along with planning to invest in cryptocurrency. The previous year’s survey found that participants identified as crypto curious; they stated that although they do not have their crypto, they wanted to learn everything about crypto to purchase it later.
In November, the survey stated that 16% of participants invested in any form of cryptocurrency. Now data show that 27 million Americans invested in this currency.
