The Inter-American Court of Human Rights accepted as amicus curiae (interested in the case) an action denouncing the Bolsonaro government for failing to comply with the provisions of the sentence condemning Brazil for human rights violations in the Guerrilha do Araguaia.

The complaint was lodged by the PSOL bench in the House, the Vladimir Herzog Institute and the Center for the Preservation of Political Memory. The entities had already made another complaint to the court in 2020.
