Elle King Breaks Silence, Spoke About Dolly Parton During Tribute On Social Media

Elle King breaks her silence after facing backlash for admitting that she was drunk at the Dolly Parton memorial in January.

King posted a video of herself wearing a dress and walking down the steps of the O2 Arena in London with the text written on it.

The first sentence says, “To everyone who shows me love because I’m human and tells Dolly, “I love you”.

The second one said, “To everyone who told me to k*ll myself, I love you too.”

Kim also added the words “Oh no, was my human showing” along with the hashtag WWDD, possibly referencing “What’s Dolly Doing?”

“Exâs and Ohâs ” singer fumbled with lyrics and cursed at the audience while performing at the Grand Ole Opry as part of Parton’s birthday celebration in January.

“I’ll tell you one more thing, I’ll tell you one more thing “Hello, my name is Elle “I’m so bad,” King said in the video he shared on TikTok. After his band suggested he play his own song, Kim said, “I just played another song; let’s see if I can make a song.”

Grand Ole Opry (Grand Ole Opry) stated that Parton apologized and said at the door, “Ellie is a wonderful artist. She’s a good girl. He’s been through a lot lately.”

She added, “He drank too much, so let’s just forget about it and move on because he wants it.” In an interview with E! News, Parton revealed that she called King “a doll” “I called him and said, you know, there are a lots of F* words. Why don’t we use the right one? Sorry, my friends, and forget it, “Parton is back.

After this incident, King also postponed several performances and returned to the stage at the Broadcast Expo in Tempe, Arizona, this month.

“Your tickets will be valid for the updated dates,” the performer wrote on her Insta Story on January 25. She continued with the further relaxations on her tickets as she said, “If you can’t make it on the updated dates, refunds will be available at the point of purchase.”

Despite enjoying the alcohol before her performance, King insisted, “I don’t want to get as drunk as I used to.”
