The annual Spring Festival, a fun-filled celebration honoring the amazing work of our canine heroes and their human partners, is quickly approaching, thanks to the Friends of Germantown K-9’s. This exciting event provides something for everyone. Bub’s Irish Pub, N116W16218 Main St., Germantown, Wl., is hosting its annual Chili Cook-off on Sunday, February 25, 2024, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Tail-Wagging Exercises:
- K-9 demonstrations: See the incredible abilities of Germantown’s K-9 squad as they display their prowess in obedience, agility, and detection.
- Fun for the whole family: Take part in a range of events suitable for all age groups, such as edible food trucks, face painting, and bounce houses.
- Enter the raffle and silent auction to support the K-9 unit and get a chance to win interesting prizes and unique products.
- Introducing the K-9s: Learn about the important role these courageous dogs play in our community by getting up close and personal with them and their handlers.
- booths for education: Learn important lessons about proper pet management, the safety of dogs, and the value of aiding K-9 units.
