On a tranquil Saturday, When the going was cool, 42 – year old Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested driving under alcohol/ drugs by the police and was subsequently booked on felony and misdemeanor charges.

While more serious crimes like armed robbery or murder are classified as felonies, minor offenses like shoplifting are typically classified as misdemeanors. Nevertheless, there are other factors taken into account when deciding whether to prosecute someone with a crime.
According to other records, deputies took Bryan into custody at 2:36 a.m. He was charged with misdemeanor “contempt of court” in addition to driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Previously, Bryan was arrested in 2020 and signed a guilty plea after a fight with their girlfriend, Johnnie Faye Cartwright, at their Eugene, Oregon apartment, in which he allegedly attempted to strangle her.

Bryan was booked into the John Benoit Detention Center in Indio and released on $50,000 bail.
