The People’s Choice Awards – People’s Choice Awards 2024 Winners List

The 49th People’s Choice Awards ceremony was scheduled on February 18, 2024, at Santa Monica, California’s Barker Hangar. Simu Liu is going to be the show’s host, and it was aired live on Peacock as well as NBC and E! simultaneously.

On January 11, 2024, the nominees for 40 different categories in popular culture, music, film, and television were revealed.

The most anticipated and awaited People’s Choice Awards has released its results. The award is a way where people can showcase their love for their favorite stars and the year’s best in movies, music, television, and pop culture by electing them through votes for the award.

After the Nominees were revealed online on January 11, 2024, The results, unsurprisingly, saw the best of the stars holding the stage with those golden trophies ablaze.

Simu Liu served as the host for the 2024 People’s Choice Awards, which were broadcast live from the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California, on NBC, Peacock, and E! on Sunday.

As for TV shows, Only Murders in the Building racked up a total of seven nominations, followed by Ted Lasso, The Morning Show, and The Last of Us with six each.

The most awards in the movies section were bagged by ever cheerful Barbie Greta Gerwig with 8 trophies in their case, followed by the blockbuster Oppenheimer by Christopher Nolan encasing 6. The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 took 5 and 4 trophies from the award ceremony.

Grey’s Anatomy was voted TV show of the year. Other big winners included Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce, Ice Spice, Beyoncé, Jennifer Aniston, Pedro Pascal and more.    

Lenny Kravitz won the Music Icon Award for his career-spanning performance, while Adam Sandler took home the People’s Icon Award for his funny speech in which he claimed to have confused the accolade with that of PEOPLE’s Sexiest Man Alive.
