In a statement released on Thursday night, Miranda Lambert said that her doctor had advised vocal rest and that she would not be able to perform in Las Vegas. The popular country singer informed supporters of the sudden cancellation via social media.
Miranda Lambert’s Statement
Although Lambert claimed she was under a doctor’s care all day to observe if things got better, she was forced to cancel the performance because she had been placed on vocal rest. She then apologized for the abrupt performance cancellation and assured everyone that she would be feeling much better by the end of the week after doing all that in her position of authority to get well. She expressed her regrets to the supporters who had arrangements for Thursday night. She informed the audience that tickets bought through Ticketmaster will be automatically refunded; if not, contact the place of purchase for information on their refund policy.
Miranda Lambert’s Relationships
Lambert and vocalist Blake Shelton started courting in 2006. They got betrothed, and on May 14, 2011, they wed. After 4 years of marriage, the pair announced that they were divorcing. After meeting at Nashville’s Live on the Green Music Festival in September of that year, it was made official that Lambert was courting R&B singer Anderson East in December of that same year. After two years of relationship, it was revealed in April 2018 that Lambert, as well as East, had split up months earlier. In February 2018, Lambert began courting Turnpike Troubadours frontman Evan Felker. His ex-wife Staci claims he abruptly deserted her to be with Lambert. They split soon after some months.
Miranda Lambert’s Husband
On February 16, 2019, Lambert posted on social media that she had married Brendan McLoughlin, a member of the New York City Police Department, on January 26 in Davidson County, Tennessee. At the singer’s magnificent Tennessee house, which has a 400-acre horse farm, they had a small wedding. Nearly a month after saying “I do,” the couple revealed that they “got married” in an Instagram message on Valentine’s Day. Two breathtaking photos of the couple were posted along with the announcement. Fortunately for Miranda, she got the opportunity to do so as stepmom to Brendan’s young son and it’s obvious she’s thrilled about it after meeting him on Good Morning America back in November of 2018. Miranda, along with Brendan make it their top priority to visit Landon, even though he lives in New York City with his mother full-time. They even bought a place there to make it simpler to travel there and back from Nashville.
