According to the reports, Fucci threatened to kill the prison officials when they went to fetch the items from his cell. His attorneys have criticized the prolonged seclusion in cells as being disproportionate due to his frequent outbursts & threats of violence. Fucci, who is still a minor, is facing an adult criminal trial for a crime that startled his normally quiet suburban neighborhood.

Officials claim that although Bailey put up a fight against her murderer’s rage and sustained 49 defensive wounds to her hands, she was found dead in a forested location next to a pond near her home.
