Iyanna has about four brothers and sisters, which are Zion Shamaree Mayweather, Jirah Mayweather, Devon Cromwell and Koraun Mayweather. She gave birth to a boy in 2021 named Kentrell Gaulden Jr., whose father is YoungBoy Never Broke Again|NBA Youngboy.
