DK Metcalf’s full name is DeKaylin Zecharius “DK” Metcalf. He was born on 14 December 1997. He is a famous football wide receiver in America for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL). In the starting, he played college football at Ole Miss. He is the son of a very famous former NFL guard, Terrence Metcalf.
Metcalf was raised in Oxford situated in Mississippi, there he played football at both Oxford High School and the University of Mississippi which is also known as Ole Miss. Before declaring for the 2019 NFL Draft, he played at the University of Mississippi for three seasons, where he got selected for the second round by the Seahawks.

At the University of Mississippi as a freshman in the year 2016, before suffering a foot injury, Metcalf appeared in the first two games of the season. He had a total number of 39 receptions for 646 yards and seven touchdowns in the year 2017. Before having a season-ending neck injury against Arkansas, Metcalf had 26 receptions for 569 yards during the 2018 season.
After completing his 2018 season, he declared for the 2019 NFL Draft. He completed his career by receiving 67 receptions for 1,228 yards and 14 touchdowns.
In the 2019 NFL Draft, Metcalf got selected in the second round as the 64th overall pick by the Seattle Seahawks. Metcalf signed a four-year contract with the Seahawks worth $4.6 million on 22 May 2019.
On 8 September 2019, Metcalf played his first regular season game, against the Cincinnati Bengals. In the second week against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Metcalf caught three passes for 61 yards as the Seahawks won 28–26.
He also receive a two-point conversion that tied the game at 21 in the third quarter. Metcalf completed the entire regular season with 900 receiving yards on 58 receptions. In 2020, on the NFL Top 100 Players, Metcalf was ranked 81st by his fellow players.
In the Wild Card Round, Metcalf made seven catches for 160 yards and a touchdown in the Seahawks’ 17–9 victory against the Philadelphia Eagles. Through this, he made the NFL record for most receiving yards by a rookie in a playoff game.
Before starting the NFL season, he takes to participate in the 100-meter part of the USATF Golden Games and Distance Open held in Walnut situated in California. He prayed to get qualify for the Olympic trials with this performance but he didn’t qualify.
Metcalf recorded a top speed of 21.21 mph and making it the second-fastest play of his career as a ball carrier.
In week 16, Metcalf recorded six receptions for 63 yards and the highest three touchdowns of his career and contribute 18 points and win against the Detroit Lions by 51–29.
In Metcalf’s career, it was the first time that the Seahawks failed to reach the playoffs with a final record of 7–10. He recorded a total number of 75 receptions and 12 touchdowns.
Metcalf and the Seahawks agreed on the terms of a three-year contract with a $72 million extension, $58.2 million guaranteed and a $30 million as a signing bonus on 28 July 2022. Against the Detroit Lions in week 4, he had seven receptions for 149 receiving yards in the 48–45 victory.

Metcalf remains his personal life private therefore his girlfriend is not known. But some rumours are there that Metcalf is dating and is in a relationship with a famous Instagram model, Cirena Wilson. Both of them did not reveal anything about this. Both are seen many times in photos but they are never seen together at any function, party or cafe.
They want their personal space and wanted to maintain everything private.
