Felix Greco, a well-known artistic director and choreographer who was originally from Puerto Rico, passed away in Mexico City at the age of 71.
The well-known dance instructor from shows like “Dancing for a Dream,” according to Televisa Espectáculos, had a fainting spell a few days before he passed, which necessitated hospitalisation.
The dancer’s prognosis was good, but she could not recuperate and ultimately passed away on the evening of December 7 from a cardiac arrest.
He just turned 71 on December 1st. Despite having performed in notable musicals in New York, such as Cats and Expreso Astral, he had a successful lengthy career in Mexico as a dancer and dance director for groups like Timbiriche and Fresas with Crema.
He was also responsible for choreographing the dances for soap operas, including Alebrijes y Rebujos, Código FAMA, and Amigos por Siempre. He may have found success as a critic through the movie “Dancing for a Dream,” and by 2018, he had established his dancing studio.
