The Fresh Prince, also known as Willard Carroll Smith II, is an American actor, rapper, and producer born on September 25, 1968. On the NBC comedy The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (1990–1996), Smith played a fictionalised version of himself, which helped launch his career. Smith, well-known for his music, cinema, and television talents, has won numerous honours, including an Academy Award, four Grammy Awards, a Golden Globe Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award, and nominations for the Tony Award and Primetime Emmy Awards.
