The end of unipolarity

No dimension of diplomacy against the pandemic seems as structuring as the advance of China in Latin America. After reaching 1 million deaths and with only 3% of the population vaccinated, the region depends almost entirely on the economic lever and health cooperation promoted by Beijing to have a chance to emerge from the crisis.
