According to the Dallas Morning News, police are looking for Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice as part of their investigation into a serious accident that happened in Dallas on Saturday.
The Dallas Morning News stated, citing law enforcement officials, that at approximately 6:20 p.m. local time on Saturday, a car that is thought to be registered to or leased to Rice was involved in an accident in northeast Dallas.

According to reports, on Saturday night, a car registered in Rice’s name was involved in a collision on the Nort Central Expressway.
It’s unclear if Rice was involved in the vehicle accident. However, the Dallas Morning News story states that law enforcement officials are still searching for the Chiefs wide receiver.
According to the report, as of early Sunday, Rice’s name was not listed in the Dallas County jail records. Rice was raised in North Richland Hills, Texas, which may have contributed to his weekend visitation. As a junior, Rice caught 72 receptions for 1,386 yards and 19 touchdowns, posting an excellent stat line. When he committed to play college football at, he was a three-start recruit and was selected first team all-district for his stats.
Ultimately, Rice was selected with the 55th overall pick by the Kansas City Chiefs in the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft. With the Chiefs, he broke the franchise record for most receiving touchdowns in a single season. It was an amazing year for him. In Super Bowl LVIII, he completed six passes for 39 yards as the Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers 25–22.
