The custody battle between Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis is still quite heated, and according to court documents, Olivia has admitted that her ex is not contributing child support.
Legal Battle Between Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis
Jason’s ex-wife Olivia has made a formal request that he begin paying child support since she says she has paid the majority of the costs for their children even though he makes substantially more than she does. Olivia has stated to have almost $107,000 in monthly costs, which includes $60,000 in “rent/mortgage” plus a total of $4,000 in “laundry as well as cleaning,” according to court documents that were originally obtained. Additionally, she stated to the court that she receives a salary of $40,000 per month along with $60,000 in “Wilde Company income” along with “rental property income.”
Olivia Wilde Claims Jason Sudeikis Doesn’t Pay Any Child Support
She disclosed that she has $645,187 in bank accounts in addition to $10 million in assets. Olivia adds that when the kids are staying with me, she is responsible for paying for all of their expenses, including but not limited to their food, clothing, creche, extracurricular activities, and transportation. Jason does, however, share the cost of their tuition. According to Olivia’s legal paperwork, it is undeniable that Jason Sudeikis earns a lot more money than Olivia while having access to more resources, and he and Olivia are equally responsible for raising their children. She also outright alleges that Sudeikis has not been currently making payments for child support.
She requests that the court issue a child support order so that she may appropriately care for their children and maintain their standard of living at Jason’s level. According to a source close to Jason, he and his partner evenly and fairly split all expenses during their partnership, including those that had to do with the kids. To ensure that the children would be taken care of by both of their parents following the court’s decision regarding what is fair monetarily moving ahead, Jason made it upon himself to start the process in the first place.
