Susan Giovanniello From Glen Cove Passes Away

According to officials, the teen volunteer EMT who died in the line of duty following a medical emergency during her weekend shift with Glen Cove EMS has left the city of Glen Cove in mourning this week.

Who Was Susan Giovanniello?

Susan Angela Giovanniello was born in Glen Cove, New York, on 28th August of the year 2003. Giovanniello was a well-known volunteer for Glen Cove EMS who had been with them since she was 16 years old. She was liked by the Glen Cove community for her desire to help others and dedication to community service.

She had just finished her EMT training and planned to go to college in the fall to get a nursing degree. Susan’s glittering smile was always visible to everyone in the room. Susan frequently proposed to hold her companions’ hands or fulfil them when they were in a difficult situation.

She functioned as a crisis clinical professional with Glen Inlet EMS for close to 12 months. Before becoming an EMT, she was an EMS adventurer at the Glen Cove Emergency Medical Services station. Despite the difficulty of genetics and organic chemistry, Susan always smiled. As their secretary, Susan went with the adventurers.

What Happened to Susan Giovanniello?

At the age of 19, Susan Giovanniello of Glen Clove EMS passed away on 3rd April the year 2023. The Nassau Area fire marshal said Susan died not long after her morning shift. She was reportedly taken to the hospital, but upon arrival, it was quickly established that she had passed away. She passed away, but no one knows what caused it.

EMT Giovanniello volunteered to respond to several emergencies in the City of Glen Cove, according to a statement from Glen Cove EMS, which also expressed their sincere condolences to her loved ones. She rose through the ranks of Glen Cove EMS Explorer Post 1072 to become a compassionate professional who gave everything for our community.

Susan maintained her composure in difficult situations involving patient care because of her upbeat disposition and smile. She is a hero whose dedication to training and cooperation with the Corps will be remembered fondly.

Giovanniello Was a Cheerful Person

Giovanniello rose from Glen Cove EMS Explorer Post 1072 to a caring professional who gave the ultimate sacrifice to the community, according to a Facebook post from the City of Glen Cove EMS page. Giovanniello proudly served as a volunteer and responded to numerous emergency calls throughout the City of Glen Cove. She spent a year working for the city’s emergency medical services to help her community.

When it came to providing care to patients, Giovanniello was praised for his calm demeanour and infectious smile. A post was posted on social media remembering Giovanniello, which stated that Giovanniello’s energy for preparing and collaborating with the Corps will be significantly missed. The post continued that their hearts will always remember Giovanniello as a hero.

Plans are being made by Avoid Thomas Memorial Service Home with hours on Wednesday, from 3 to 5 p.m. What’s more, the 7 to 9 p.m. Burial service Mass will be on Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Rocco’s Congregation in Glen Bay.
