In an exclusive interview, Kelli Giddish shares the shocking reason behind her departure from SVU

Kelli Giddish shares some surprising reasons behind the exit of “Law & Order: SVU”, she gave an interview after her final episode aired. She talked about the show and said I don’t know where it was heading so I felt this is the right time to leave the show. she further added about her personal life and said that she is so excited about her current personal life and a lot of things to be experienced. In the SVU she played the role of Det. Amanda Rollins for the last 12 years. ” I already knew that I would be leaving because this year the storyline reached the perfect Climax and we all saw Carisi and Rolling get married, which was such a treat.” said by Kelli.

Kelli Giddish was born on April 13, 1980, apart from television she also worked in the movies. She played the role of Detective Amanda Rollins in the NBC tv series SUV. earlier she worked in the ABC tv show All My Children from 2005 to 2007 and played the role of Annie Nolan Frost in the crime drama series Chase from 2010 to 2011. As Dr Kate McGinn in the Fox crime drama Past Life, she shows her excellent acting skills. Her maternal grandmother recognised her talent of her and gave support for her acting career.

She attend Forsyth Central High School in the Georiga and performed in a local drama competition assisted by Yatesy Harvey, who was her mother’s friend and ran a drama theatre. she spent four years in this drama school according to Giddish ” she has a very high curiosity and very high standards in the field of acting, she gave her best in all types of dramas.

During her Forsyth Central, she played for the championship softball team and in 1998 she won the State Literary Champion for Girls Dramatic Interpretation. she was graduated from the University of Evansville in Indiana, where she participated in many plays and drama. Her family were supportive of her acting career, her parents drive to India to only see the act of her daughter in college.

After completing college she moved to NYC to continue her acting career. In NYC she played the role in a popular play with Farrah Fawcett.
