According to Chambers’ family, acute asphyxia has been identified as the primary cause of death. On Wednesday evening, while waiting outside a mall in Newport Beach, California, with her mother, she started having breathing problems and eventually passed out.
After working as a staff writer on NCIS: Hawai’i’s first season, Chambers was given the position of story editor for Season 2, where he contributed to four episodes. She was chosen as a mentee in the highly competitive ViacomCBS Writers Mentoring Program in 2020–2021 and subsequently earned the staff writing position.
