Ingrid’s father is Gary Rinck a former restaurant owner in the United States. Gary has been a decent father to his daughter up until now. She described how her father helped her create the Sensible Meals restaurant. Nothing is known about Ingrid’s mother at this time.

Ingrid Rinck career
When she was 15, Ingrid realized she liked exercising and became interested in the fitness sector. As a result, she joined a fitness class at such a young age. She started teaching additional pupils in the same course a year later and hasn’t stopped since.
Ingrid had many accolades and more than 40 certificates by 2022, or around 27 years after she began working as a fitness trainer, and she was well-known in the fitness business. Ingrid, on the other hand, did something notable in 2014. She closed her gym and began a new job in food and nutrition.
