Ingredients
- 12 morangos me

- sem lactose
- 1/2 xi
- face of erythritol or xylitol
- 1/2 xi

- 1 jelly packet in po
- sem flavor
- 5 colheres de a
- gelada gua
Preparation method
In a processor or liquidifier, whisk the morangos, or read them in water or erythritol / xylitol. Reserve. In a glass container, place the gelatin and add a few cups of water to it. Muddle or microwave for about 15 seconds.

Then, remove the mixture as a previously non-liquifying shake cream. Place the mousse in four medium ramequins and light gel for, hair less, an hour. Serve them often.
