1. Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
2. Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
3. Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
4. Fielding sales calls- describing types of drug tests we sell, answering questions regarding drug testing, finding collection sites to send donors for nationwide drug testing, taking orders from continued clients over phone
5. Customer service calls- fielding questions regarding tests that have been sent back, criminal background questions, etc.
